Why LITP?

Long Island Talent Pipeline (LITP) creates workforce-related media to help public and private STEM-employers in targeted regions grow their businesses. Our digital magazines are a tool for a company's Human Resource and Marketing efforts, and they were created to inform, educate, and attract local future STEM talent.

LITP is for Whom?

LITP was created specifically for employers who are experiencing negative attrition rates and want to expand recruitment outreach and brand familiarity to the region's K-12 schools and post-secondary academic institutions.

LITP MAGAZINE

Nassau and Suffolk Counties combine to make-up the Long Island (LI) region; home to over 120 public school districts and a hidden STEM-workforce treasure. NYS Dept. of Labor reported that at the end of 2021, there were over 2,300,000 LI jobs across 10 industries (with about 40% of those jobs in STEM fields (for example, but not limited to, Health, Transportation & Trades, and Manufacturing (with 13+ sectors). “The median wage of Long Island Region STEM occupations is $82,420 a year, which is 65 percent higher than the median annual wage of $50,040 for all workers in the region.”
